go / get crazy

go /get mad (這個也有生氣的意思)

go nuts

off one’s rocker

People get crazy because of various reasons. Some might have no reasons at all. Who knows? When I have the urge to go nuts, usually it is due to accumulated pressure, like when I took care of a terminally sick cat for days and days.  When I was in such a mood, if someone did something to irritate me, like did not mute their phone on the bus, I always imaged going berserk, not just going nuts. I would imagine that I stood up, yelled at that person who did not mute his or her phone. I would wave my fists at that person, shouting something like, didn’t you know it was basic etiquette to mute your phone on public transportation? But as I’m a civilized person, the picture of me went berserk has so far remained a picture.

So, one day when I saw a person went berserk in a convenience store, my first reaction was laughing out loud, because it was exactly what I had imagined so many times. The only difference was I was wearing my clothes. As I am a civilized person and female, I certainly could not go berserk without my clothes on. I envy that guy though the cop beat the shit out of him when he was already calmed down.
